Welcome Dave Leonard and Linda Hill
Dave Leonard and wife Linda Hill live half a year in West Maui and then in the Seattle area. Both are active and enjoy adventures together, pickle ball and friends and family.
Dave was a commercial pilot in the sixties and he retired from Communication Electronics, engineering and projects for Fortune 500 employers since 1970's. Dave was elected Senior Fellow of The Radio Club of America and is a member of RCA Amateur Radio Relay League - ARRL, Life Member w7vkc. Additionally Dave is an owner and Manager of numerous rental properties and has served as Director and on Executive Committees for several owner associations. As a hobby he is part of the National Ski Patrol, Life Member volunteer - instructor and leadership for over 60 years.
Linda Hill spent her career in travel. She started as a flight attendant for Northwest Airlines, worked in sales for Air France, became a travel agent, owned a group travel business and ended up taking groups of people to Australia, New Zealand, Tahiti and Fiji. In the late 90’s she was a Rotarian in the Seattle area where she was networking to increase her travel agent clientele.
Dave and Linda are sponsored by Ken and Mary Krass who are also part time residents on Maui. They were inducted at our meeting on November 19 by Assistant Governor Al Weiland.
