Maria Angst, Molokai HS and Olivia Bozich, Maui Prep Academy receive $2500 college scholarships
Olivia Bozich, Maui Preparatory Academy, will be attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a declared major of Relevant Marketing and hopes to return to Maui to work with a company that advocates animal safety.  Olivia served as the Student Government Student Body President and established new events at Maui Prep such as the first ever Homecoming and Prom which will be held in July.  To quote Olivia:  " I am so honored to have been one of the recipients for the Go for the Green Scholarship!  I really appreciate everything the Rotary Club of Lahaina Sunset does for our small community and I cannot wait to see what they do in the future." 
 
 
Maria Angst, Molokai High School, will be graduating high school not only with all three categories of diplomas, CTE, Academic Honors, and STEM but also an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts from UH Maui. She will be attending University of San Diego with a declared major in Environmental Engineering.  Maria is also the recipient of the club’s Hawaii Rotary Youth Foundation $5000 scholarship award.  To quote Maria: “I am extremely appreciative of how much the Rotary has believed in my endeavors. I can't thank them enough on how much these scholarships will help pay for my college education. "
