Luana Mahi - Maui Food Technology will be the speaker
Luana Mahi will be the guest speaker at the Rotary Club of Lahaina Sunset ‘s meeting at 5:30 pm on Tuesday April 5th. The meeting will be held at the Royal Ocean Terrace Restaurant at the Royal Lahaina Resort.
The Maui Food Technology Center is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to encouraging, educating and creating opportunities for entrepreneurs seeking to earn a living through value-added products, agriculture, cultural practices, environmental sustainability, technology and economic diversification. Luana is currently an Advisory Board Member for the Maui Food Innovation Center, UH Maui Campus; member of the Business Development Strategic Alliance Team of the County of Maui; and a Board Member of Brilliant Minds Media. She will be sharing an overview of the organization and projects. Such projects include: Japan Trade Shows, Feeding Kupuna & Keiki during Covid Pandemic, Maui Sunday Market and the Maui Street Market.
